Shop partner, Jill Lynch, lives and works in the lovely Pacific Northwest. She draws deep inspiration from the forests, mountains and surrounding region and filters it back into her drawings, paintings, and soft good designs! She spends her days exploring her varied interests which include reading, animation, gardening, painting, napping, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, animals, insects, cooking, eating and sewing. She finds humor in the everyday stuff that surrounds her, which further influences her work.
She and fellow partner, Erin Lynch, have spent many years on their side project, Dolls for Friends, creating custom plush and soft goods for individuals and organizations, but she returns to her love of drawing, painting, and sewing. This is where you’ll see her most recent creations.
Jill has had the pleasure of working for several great companies doing custom textile and soft good work across a variety of commercial and non-commercial projects.
A select list of clients includes: The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI), Sterling Children’s Books, SXSW, Jeffrey Zeldman, and filmmaker Anthony Orkin.
Jill’s work has been covered in a number of industry and trade publications including Computer Arts, Fiber Arts, and The Portland Mercury amongst others.
